AISEND / OIL

Interchangeable tools, stable responsibilities

Architecture concept · In review. This describes the intended Aisend architecture. It is not evidence that the capability is deployed, integrated or available for purchase.

Short answer

OIL is intended to let tools change without forcing the whole company knowledge model to change with them.

What it means

A business may want to replace a model, automation service or specialised tool. A defined interface separates the business task from a particular provider’s implementation.

How it fits

An adapter maps the task’s inputs, permissions and expected outputs to the selected tool. Before switching, recheck data mappings, authentication, failure behaviour and output validation. Keep rollback possible.

Scope and limitations

Interchangeable does not mean every tool is supported, compatible or a one-click replacement. No named integration is asserted here.
