Atomic knowledge entries keep important answers focused, addressable and easier to update.
What it means
An entry should have a clear subject such as controlled access, publication approval or tool contracts. It should not try to describe the entire business in every paragraph.
How it fits
Use a short answer first, then explanation, scope, limitations and related links. Reuse the same canonical entry in search, Zara citations and topic pages instead of writing conflicting copies for each interface.
Scope and limitations
Atomic does not mean context-free. Each entry must retain enough context to avoid misleading excerpts.
