The Proof Registry is the intended place to connect specific public claims to scoped, dated evidence.
What it means
A claim and its evidence are different records. A product description explains an idea; an artifact may demonstrate a particular implementation or result under stated conditions.
How it fits
For each public claim, show its exact scope, supporting artifact, reviewer, verification date, review deadline and current state. Keep historical review events rather than silently rewriting the record.
