What it means
The flagship catalogue is also an experiment. Its design should produce inspectable evidence about whether visitors find answers and whether external systems represent Aisend accurately.
How it fits
Keep dated test queries, responses and citation URLs. Compare against a documented baseline where available. Separately record navigation success, content accuracy, citation occurrence and qualified enquiries.
Scope and limitations
A single recommendation or a small before-and-after sample cannot prove that the interface caused the result. Publish limitations alongside findings.
