AISEND / ORBIT
Evidence has a lifespan
Architecture concept · In review. This describes the intended Aisend architecture. It is not evidence that the capability is deployed, integrated or available for purchase.
Short answer
A verified statement needs review when its source, implementation or operating conditions change.
What it means
Trustworthy evidence includes time. A once-correct description may stop matching a changed tool, revised workflow or retired feature.
How it fits
Assign review responsibility and next-review dates. When a record expires, remove its current verified presentation and preserve the historical event. If a new claim replaces it, connect the two rather than deleting the old context.
Scope and limitations
Review schedules depend on the claim and its rate of change. Do not imply that a timestamp alone makes evidence current.
