AISEND / ECHOS

Ownership, permissions and review

Architecture concept · In review. This describes the intended Aisend architecture. It is not evidence that the capability is deployed, integrated or available for purchase.

Short answer

Useful company intelligence needs clear responsibility for what is stored, who can use it and when it should be reviewed.

What it means

Governance is the set of decisions around a knowledge record: who owns it, who may read it, what it can support and how it is corrected when circumstances change.

How it fits

For each record, define an owner, source, exposure classification and review state. Preserve revisions and withdrawn statements. Keep publication approval distinct from ordinary internal access: being readable by a staff member does not make information safe to publish.

Scope and limitations

This is a governance design, not an assertion that a particular security control or certification is already implemented.
