Short answer
Publication is a deliberate boundary between company intelligence and information approved for the outside world.
What it means
A company may know many things it should never publish. Internal documents, customer records and commercial context are not public knowledge simply because an AI system can access them.
How it fits
In the intended architecture, EchOS retains private context, OIL governs permitted use and ORBIT exposes only approved public knowledge. Zara’s public answers draw from that approved set.
Scope and limitations
The public interface must not be used as a shortcut around permissions. Anonymous chat is not a login to a company brain.
