Zara: a guide through the intelligence centre

Architecture concept · In review. This describes the intended Aisend architecture. It is not evidence that the capability is deployed, integrated or available for purchase.

Short answer

Zara helps visitors ask questions and open relevant published knowledge across the Aisend architecture.

What it means

Not every visitor knows which layer contains an answer. Zara provides a conversational route into the same catalogue that people can browse directly.

How it fits

Ask about a topic, read a concise grounded explanation and choose the suggested entry. Where published information is missing, Zara should say so. Her navigation follows the same public permissions and canonical routes as the visible interface.

Scope and limitations

The public guide does not know everything about a company, inspect private systems or execute business actions. Voice and other tools are available only if explicitly implemented.
