AISEND / ECHOS

Organising company knowledge

Architecture concept · In review. This describes the intended Aisend architecture. It is not evidence that the capability is deployed, integrated or available for purchase.

Short answer

Company knowledge becomes useful when information is identified, structured and connected to its source.

What it means

A company catalogue needs more than a pile of uploaded files. People and AI systems need to know what a piece of information describes, which organisation or service it belongs to and whether it remains valid.

How it fits

Organise records around identifiable subjects: the company, its offerings, operating processes, responsibilities and recurring questions. Keep the source reference alongside the interpretation. Where sources disagree, preserve that disagreement for review rather than silently merging it into a confident answer.

Scope and limitations

A source reference is not proof that the source is correct. Ownership, permission and freshness still need separate checks.
