The library currently includes seven accent variants: Afrikaans-English (male), Cape Town English (female), Indian English (female), Xhosa English (female), Zulu English (male), Sotho English (female), and a Neutral South African English voice. Each voice persona is characterised not just by accent but by tone and use case — a confident outbound sales voice versus a warm inbound reception voice versus a professional support voice.
Aisend integrates LekkerVoices directly into its AI Voice Systems platform, which handles both inbound call management and outbound campaign execution. A business deploying an Aisend AI voice system gets to select the voice persona that best fits their brand and customer base — a financial services firm might choose the neutral professional voice, while a consumer brand serving KwaZulu-Natal might deploy the Zulu English persona.
