Aisend provides AI infrastructure and autonomous AI systems including AI automation, AI agents, AI voice systems, sales systems, Zara AI Assistant, LekkerVoices, and ORBIT.
These services may be delivered through websites, applications, APIs, workflow integrations, or communication systems depending on the product.
By accessing or using Aisend services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Aisend on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

AI-generated outputs are advisory and may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete reasoning. They should not be treated as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes decisions without review.
Users remain responsible for checking outputs before acting on them.
Where services are subscription-based:
You are responsible for ensuring that data provided to Aisend has been collected lawfully and that you have the required permissions or consents to use it within the service.
Aisend retains ownership of its software, systems, branding, and service architecture.
You retain ownership of your data, subject to the limited rights required for Aisend to deliver the services.
Aisend aims for reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upstream provider failures, connectivity issues, or events beyond reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aisend is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the services, including losses linked to AI output errors, service interruption, or business decisions made using the platform.
Aisend may suspend or terminate service access where these terms are violated, where payment obligations are not met, or where continued service creates legal, operational, or security risk.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
